I’ve given the Hotel Shattuck 5 days to respond to an email regarding an experience we had at the hotel last weekend and there’s been nothing but silence. We mistakenly left a bag behind in our room when we checked out. That bag mysteriously disappeared from the room we stayed in. We realized it was missing the following morning as we got ready to head home. The staff I spoke to in person about seemed like I was bothering him by asking about the missing bag. Lovely boutique hotel with wonderful friendly staff, good food, beautiful dining room, and a very nice quiet room. My only quibble would be the mattress on the bed and pillows were very firm making for an uncomfortable nights sleep but overall we enjoyed our stay.
Very impressed with Hotel Shattuck Plaza. Staff is very friendly and professional. Service is incredible. Very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Hotel Shattuck Plaza.
The decor was beautiful. The staff were freindly, curteous, attentive. We ordered room service at one point. The food was great, came quickly and was hot, not to mention very reasonable (for room service). The room was clean and comfortable and although a little small, had everything you might need while away from home. There is no on site parking so we used the garage across the street.
