Dusche Wasser eiskalt, Käfer und Ameisen im Zimmer, Frühstück eklig, Zimmer und Pool dreckig (Popel, Essensreste, Kieselsteine usw), Putz fällt von den Wänden ab, Liegen am Pool zu 50% kaputt, komplett alles abgewohnt

Love love LOVE this hotel! Been twice now , once before Xmas in 2017 and Valentine’s Day this year . We upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and would do it again! The best part is the breakfast on the morning , hands down. Will be using this hotel only In Bakersfield !
Well what to say I got 5 rooms for 4 nights rooms are what u pay for cheap so all good, they charge a 100 deposit which again pretty standard until they charge your card for 4109 instead of 409 and don’t tell u and then kill your bank account and then they tell u oh well u should have it back in 3 to 5 days and said to call my bank like it is my problem..... I honestly would never stay here again... the unfortunate part is I do feel like the girl who checked me in made a honest mistake but the night manager had no care and p... read more
