This is rated 3 stars but it should not be. I have seen hotel 6 better than this. Mold in bathroom, keys don’t work on outside doors, or on your room door, outlets coming out of the walls. The cleaning people are very nice. Would not recommend I’d pay the extra $20-30 and stay next door

The worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The first room that we got assigned was worn out: the door was scratched and jammed, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the WATER IN THE BATHROOM SINK WASN’T WORKING, and it smelled burned – not smoked, burned. Our replacement fixed a lot of those things, granted, but there was clear water damage in the ceiling, the toilet bowl was cracked, one of the two locks on the door had clearly been broken off with force, and there was no internet or TV. Intolerable, even for one night.
Nonsmoking room smelt like weed and plumbing didn’t work. Better hotels within walking distance. I give them a 1

Nice room and nice pool ... Bakersfield was too hot for us, so we left early - but the hotel isn't to blame for sunshine I guess👍
