I love the lobby! But don't let it fool you. When we walked into our room there were two tiny beds and three of us my dad had to order a roll a way bed. That still didn't help. Total waste of time!!!!

Keys don't work often. 3 nite stay and had to visit front desk 3 times to reprogram keys. The last time, desk guy argues I was in the wrong room and I had to move to the correct one. After 3 nights?

Here's se good advice. If you get offended by people being rude to you, hate stinky rooms, uncomfortable beds, and terrible service, never ever stay here!! If you do you will defiantly regret it!!

Think: location, location, location... Everything else sucks in this hotel. From the staff to the cleaning. Any hotel in south America is better than this shithole.

Try to ask for a corner room...at least it is bigger...but even more try to avoid this place

Looks nice on the out side but rooms are Dirty and smells like smoke. And super over price. Sleep in a tent its better than this hotel !

If you know what you're getting into can be a great deal for midtown. Exp in 5000 club have had good luck getting a clean working room. Not a NYC 400/night hotel by any means.
