Worst hotel on the planet, they cater to non America s because they don't know better....stay away...also no internet free..and dont ask any room from 4th floor and below.they are totaly terribles.
City perk cafe is a good place to grab coffee in the hotel.....but the workers there are rude as hell! And they don't take credit!
Yeah well. Rooms and bathrooms are (very) shabby, but location is great for the price you pay.
Desk staff weren't the friendliest, but room was clean enough -- nothing fancy, but acceptable for less than $200 a night, and great location. You could pay similar for hostel w/shared bath on UWS.

Great location. Old, run down. Our rooms were clean though! After reading real bad reviews I was afraid, but it wasn't as bad. Hallways... that's another story!
The rooms are quite bad. They are.very scuzzy, scuff marks on the walls and funky smells. I will not be staying here again.
Although the ratings might scare you, our room was fabulous and very spacious! I'd definitely stay here again!
The hallway in the second floor smells like WEED!
