1 star hotel. I found a cockroach on the bathroom. They don't clean the floor and the bathroom, no chair in the room, very bad heat. Bad internet service. Bad room service

Room 299 is particularly sad, we got placed there in our first night although we'd paid for and were therefore expecting a double. 299 is a dark and dingy twin.

Cuando entras al hotel te impresiona el lujo y la atencion. Cuando llegas a la habitacion se te cae todo. Las habitaciones son horribles y pequeñas!

Parece más el hotel Translilvania. Puertas antiguas alfombras viejas y baños que pierden su cerámica. Pero esta limpió, buen precio y esta cerca del Penn Station, a una cuadra de Macy's y el E States

I stayed here after losing power post Hurricane Sandy. I booked through bringfido.com. Get the Penn 5000 club room. You get a fridge and 1 Mbps internet and continental breakfast.

Terrible!!! Hotel velho, quartos pequenos com moveis velhos e carpete! Só salva pela localização que é em frente a Penn Station na Madson Square!!!

Good value NYC Hotel. Plenty of scare mongering reviews here, if you want a modern pristine Hotel Room, book into the Trump. One day they'll refurb this hotel and you won't be able to afford it.
