Their phone number is still "PEnnsylvania 6-5000" just throw a (212) in front and when you call the message plays the song, it's pretty cool.. Had a few jobs here when i was in Paramedic School @ St.

Insist on room 1799 or another corner room. They are handicapped rooms and recently remodeled. Decent, clean room with a great view.

Definitely an old hotel, but nicely renovated. The bathrooms are kind of small, and there was mold on the cieling, but if you're looking for a cheap but still liveable room, this hotel will do.

Centrally located across the street from Madison Square Garden, I got a reasonable room rate less than $200 a day without a reservation. It is the centrally located and the concierge is knowledgeable

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Worked fine for Bach party where we weren't in hotel most of the time.
