Just spent a delightful weekend in this most charming and delightful historic gem! Every beautiful room tells a piece of Iowa and American history. The food is rich and delicious. The service is down-home and friendly! I cannot recommend it more!
Hotel Pattee is the Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in . The hotel is centrally located in the town which makes walking to shopping/bike trails/food/church possible. Definitely recommend! Make sure to check out Frio for ice cream behind the hotel too!
Everything here is amazing. The concept/design is unique. The themed rooms make you want to come back and stay in a different room each time.

This a great place to come for a weekend stay. A relaxing get away with a place that isn’t your big chain hotels
our dinner tonight for four was excellent. the service was superb! we had shepard's pie,the burger special, ahi tuna salad,and the grilled shrimp salad. Katy, you are the best...and the peach whiskey iced tea was second to none! Thank you for a fine dining experience!
