My family and friends having a sweet 15th party for my daughter on the hotels ball room where treated like criminals, the owner of the hotel (jay) was very rude and unprofessional, his staff was very rude to my guest. If you want to have a wedding or any even that requires you to have music for your guess this is not the place to go, unless you and your guest want to get kick out. The owner is rude and racist. Very unprofessional. He didn't let my family and friends stay there until the time that was said. They made us end it early for no reason and called the cops, which they made everyone leave very fast. Don't have party's there, especially if your Hispanic. Unless you want to have a party with no music. (They cut the music early)
Went there for dinner. Took them 50 minutes to ring me up. I had to wait while they got there system back up and running. Customer service was poor.

Today a group of 12 friends met and had lunch at Hotel Pattee....first time for half the group from out of town. Its a guarantee all will return. Thanks Jay for the great food, service and your desire to assure that we all had a good experience.
A totally unique get-away hotel. Beautiful architecture and history abound, as well as superb service, excellent menu and attentive staff. A great place to stay and relax with wonderful amenities (bowling, hot tub, Jacuzzi tub, fireplaces, etc).

We really enjoyed the Swedish room this past weekend! Best shower I ever had! Haha! The staff left a rose and chocolates in the room for Valentine's weekend which was a lovely and unexpected touch. Food was DELICIOUS! We highly recommended the Perry Perennial Onion (I believe that was the name). SO good! Hotel is very quiet. Slept like a baby!
Top notch - new owners are in house and very professional !
