The hotel is too terrible to stay. They directly cancel my booking without connecting with me just before 4 hrs I arrived there!!!!!!! Even I have written two emails and get one confirm call with the service center. People who will stay don't know what they will do for you!! And the attitude of desk man is so horrible to let me trust that's a qualifier hotel. The star of the comment is not be trusted. People should be aware of this hotel.

I've hesitated writing this review but unfortunately the team there specifically: has treated me with complete disdain and I will never be staying at this hotel again. I was in town on business (I'm from NYC) and stayed in Brooklyn since is was convenient for me. I was awoke in the middle of the night with bed bugs crawling all over me and biting me. Great place
I don't know what anyone there is speaking of, but this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, honestly. The staff, more specifically Chris, and Eves made me and my girlfriend feel like best friends, and life long customers at the very same time. The mini bar is a plus, cleanliness plus, the air in the atmosphere was pure, i just feel this hotel deserves a better location, it's marvelous decor should be showcased in a different direction, Atlantic Avenue isn't such a sight to see, but hell they had to build something... read more
Funky hotel with big comfortable rooms and amazing showers. The best hotel experience I have had in many years of visiting NYC
My family and I went there at the last min the lady at the front Desk was very polite and sweet. The hotel is extremely clean.
