It is a shame that such a nice hotel and staff are ruined by a very poor and lousy management! I booked 5 rooms over 3 weeks for members of my company and one of them had to come back earlier than anticipated. Although it was promised to me and writtenly confirmed, the new GM refused to refund the room that what unoccupied (we are talking about 1,000$ when the total value of the stay was over 25,000$). very disrespectful people they tried to overcharge me for something I didn't take be careful with yr bank card.
The desk clerk was super nice, as was the bell hop. Our room is brand new and immaculate. There's free WiFi, coffee, water, and a snack. The room itself is really large and the bathroom is, too. The kids loved that their shoes were glowing in the blue lights in the lobby. We will enjoy breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. Yay!

When I arrived on October 2, 2018 at the hotel I was greeted by Victor who was very polite and pleasant. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and not very informative at all. I was placed on an incomplete floor so I wasn’t able to get any rest in my room due to the loud noise from the construction. Finally, I was charged for an item in the mini bar that I did not consume.
