Horrible. Management is rude. Things missing from room. Housekeeping no Hanks English
Probably the worst service I have ever received from a restaurant, my family and I are here in Ann Arbor for a baseball tournament and we are staying at the hotel that is attached to the restaurant, we went in and seated ourselves and then waited for 20 minutes just to see anyone from the wait staff and to get menus, once we did order our drinks it took another 20 minutes to receive those and then we had asked how long it would take to receive food since we had to be somewhere in an hour and we were told to go somewhere else... read more
I am away from home 6 months out of the year. The administration and staff at this Holiday Inn has always treated me like a family member. The accommodations are very nice and there is nothing that I need that is not at my disposal at the hotel.

Stayed here one night and was very happy with the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.
I was looking for a place to have my daughter's 2nd birthday party. I called several hotels since my daughter loves to swim and was declined by a few places (which I was fine with). Finally on Oct 13, 2015 @ 19:55 I call the Country Inn & Suites and the front desk said yes we absolutely do that. This kind of place is what I want near in my house, they have everything in here, amazing sizzlers and a good place of steaks and almost any booze that you can get.
Do not live in holidays apartment. Management is really bad. You won't have NO AC for thanksgiving all the way thru march. And they turn off ac every night to save electricity.
What a great local secret! We had no idea that this little gem, complete with full bar, even existed until recently. They are open for breakfast and dinner and the manager said that they can do catering for up to 160 people in their event rooms. We love the Holiday Inn in Valdosta and Azalea's Restaurant is located inside the hotel. Will definitely make this a regular eating place.
