On our trip, this was the first place we stayed that had a pool and hot tub that were open. The room was nice and modern. The WiFi worked well. We always enjoy a free breakfast! Definitely would stay here again.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Air conditioner was spreading a bad smell and a strong noise. The floor was disgusting and the sink full of hair inside. This hotel just works for an emergency if you don't find other option to spend the night.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza in Downtown Columbus was my first time staying at a Crowne Plaza location and it was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Such a beautiful hotel! The staff at check in was very attentive, polite, and efficient in getting me checked in after a very long day. There was convenient public parking with a walkway straight to the hotel, which I very much liked. The room when I arrived was perfect.
