My wife and I stayed the night for Oktoberfest. We had no issues with the room or check-in. We walked right up to the counter as we were greeted. I gave over my card and ID and off we went. We used a luggage trolley, which was located in a lobby closet. Room was clean and all amenities looked new and modern. The bar, looks great, and the bartenders were friendly and fast. We love this hotel! It's always super easy to check in and out of. Friendly staff. Upgraded and remodeled lobby and rooms. It's the perfect location to stay when going to Oktoberfest at Alpine Village.
Very nice visit. We got there , checked in. Has a small incident in room and was immediately moved to a different room and got a discount off of total stay. Customers service was great.
