We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Northwest when we visited Indianapolis for the 2009 Indy 500. It was a great hotel...fresh, modern, clean, and cozy. The staff was great...the service was outstanding, and the people were so friendly! I recently visited the Holiday Inn Express Northwest in the Park 100 area of Indianapolis and I was really pleased with my visit. I don't normally write reviews about hotels - but the staff was so friendly that I felt I should do something to thank them and the hotel. It was really late when I arrived, and I had been driving all day. I spent the weekend at the Holiday Inn Express Northwest of Indianapolis, IN, and I have to say that this is one of THE NICEST Holiday Inn Expresses that I have ever stayed at! The hotel is fresh, and modern - apparently they just opened a few months ago. The Front Office staff was great - so friendly and helpful...it was refreshing to experience CUSTOMER SERVICE while visiting this hotel.
