Yesterday we found ourselves in a bit of a pickle, we were stuck in Bendigo for the night. Luckily thanks to Cody at the Ernest he made our unexpected situation a calming and unstressful ending to the day. What a beautiful motel and atmosphere, definitely will be back and thank you Cody you are a beautiful kind young man. Highly recommend.
Outstanding hotel and restaurant. Beautifully finished interiors, luxurious bed & pillows, very accessible for a wheelchair. The food is delicious Worth every penny.
We’ve just enjoyed our second stay at Hotel Ernest and it was every bit as lovely as the first. The rooms are beautifully designed — understated, elegant and incredibly comfortable — with thoughtful details that make the whole experience feel calm and considered. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between boutique charm and genuine comfort. Our only regret this time was not getting to try the restaurant — we’ll definitely be making that a priority on our next visit.
Hotel Ernest was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway in Bendigo. It’s boutique, beautiful and filled with art and charm. Our suite was spacious, very tastefully decorated, a private balcony, and had beautiful natural light with a view out to Rosalind Gardens. Martin and the team made our stay special with amazing service, excellent recommendations on local food and activities, plus a tour with the history of hotel.
