Great hotel in the middle of town. Pretty lobby and the room was clean, loved our two bedroom / 2 bath while traveling with friends. There’s free parking across the street. Would def stay again
Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and has all the needed amenities including bath robes for the guests which is a nice perk. It has a lot of historic charm once you step inside. The air conditioning is way better than the average hotel room. Great experience all around.
Very rude service (Riley) front desk personal, awful customer service. Didn't get much rest due to paper thin walls. Trip was amazing overall, Love ♡Glenwood Springs♡
Second time back - they did an incredible job remodeling this place while keeping it historic. I recommend spending the extra $20 on the king room with fold out sofa. It's twice the size. They are very accommodating and Riley was great. Super cute little town - restaurants/shops in walking distance and iron mountain hotsprings is the way to spend the day
