The pillows were probably the best part of the stay, which unfortunately says a lot. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the bathroom floor had hair on it when we arrived, and the room did not feel as clean as it should have. The noise was also awful. The acoustics made everything echo, and we could hear conversations, doors, and basically every sound happening around us. Privacy and a good night’s sleep were apparently not part of the package. Great, walkable location to the hot spring pools, restaurants, trails, and shopping. The only issue was the bathroom door is a barn door leaving no privacy in the new building. Regardless, I highly recommend and would stay here again.
Yeah good hotel - shame they didn’t replenish coffee and shampoos etc if staying for more than a day. Room was nice
