RecommendedThis is great place to stay, my second time in a few years both experiences have been completely satisfactory. Clean room wonderful pool and great customer service. The shuttle and vehicle cruise storage more that makes this an affordable option.
Splendid blend of art, architecture, design. Excellent attention to detail; it is an wxperience of senses. Clean. Eco friendly. Very comfortable bed. Each parking space had inspirational message. Very friendly staff. Only issue was little noisy in morning.
Really nice hotel and conveniently placed for a travel destinations to LA.
This is a motel. NOT a hotel. Arrived And a bunch of drink people were outside our room drinking and smoking. They were very load. Room was nice enough but the door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn't open. Had to have my friends get me out of it. Woke up the next morning and found a Roach. Had them come get it and fix the door. Came back late that night and found more roaches told to move and they wanted us to go two doors down. We checked out. Don't waste your money!!!! Not worth the stars it says it is.
I always love staying here when we go on the cruises that leave from long beach. There customer service is always good and the rooms are amazing. They are the best.
1st of all its a motel not a hotel the food is really bad mb the worst i ever ate ,and about the ride within 5 miles u wont get it 90% of the time they will tell u we alrdy have 2 many ppl 2day,and if they provided the ride dont expect your pick up b4 1hr after the scheduled apointment plus its pretty expensive for such a motel
This is motel NOT a hotel. Both drink vending machines were out of order, I was told I could walk to the store to get something. Not even water provided, unless you want to pay 5 dollars for a small carton water . Continental breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Food voucher they provided had limited choices from two restaurants. No thanks,I like to pick my own food! Room stunk and a/c goes on and off all night thanks to the large gap under the door to the room. You have maybe 3 minutes of hot water in the shower....
