OMG!!! Everything was Awesome!!! The room was awesome! The service was awesome and the breakfast was awesome!!! The pool, the ambience, the area and location was perfect! No complaints at all!! Definitely coming here again. A special thanks and Kudos to Jahayra and Melissa! They both were very helpful and patient helping me to print out documents I needed to board my cruise! We've been coming here for almost 20 years. Was very disappointed in the staff. We were promised a handicapped room by the pool. We booked in May. Got here and were told no rooms by the pool were available. Asked for the manager was told manager wouldn't be in till Wed. A supervisor would be available on Tuesday. I asked that the supervisor contact me. Didn't happen. As we sat by the pool we saw the clerk show someone a room by the pool and they got it. Manager will be hearing from me tomorrow.
Loving it we are here for a week for a baseball showcase. Close to field staff is extremely friendly. Only issue some other customer backed into my truck and did not leave info. Staff is doing everything to help out the situation. Breakfast excellent and pool awesome rooms clean and just comfortable. And they have a van that's travels 5 mile radius to shops or what ever. Very nice experience so far
