We came late and we didn't have a parking spot. We had to park the car at the meter across the street. If you want a parking spot, don't go too late.

We made a reservation with expedia and my card payment didn't go through. We never got a email for the booking. We called the hotel and they said the booking didn't go through. Then, we made another booking with a different card. The booking was accepted. Expedia booked us 2 times with 2 different rooms because both booking went through. The hotel refuse to give the money back for one night. I told the Hotel Bo that we will never go back.

Went down for a birthday trip. Originally we stayed at another hotel which turned out to be one of the worst and most terrifying experiences of my life. We left there and booked hotel Bo and immediately felt 1000000 times better . As soon as we got there , we were greeted by Ericka . She is such a wonderful person . Her energy and vibe was spot on .
