Stay here if you want to get ripped off , only good thing, hot tub. Ambiance is beautiful, great historical building, but will never come back. So they allow screaming drunk people in the hall but heaven forbid we hit a vape pen with our outdoor patio door open and get a 400 dollar fee! You ripped us off big time, we get it you don't want smoking in your room but what is wrong with you charging more than our private jacuzzi suite for a vape pen... super disappointed and dissatisfied, will be letting everyone knows who travel... read more
Worst customer service ever. In trying to cancel a reservation, first neither phone number worked. Then after an email that provided the itinerary number, I was told - with no apology for their phones being out of order or the inconvenience they were causing me - that I had to cancel the reservation the way it was made - online. Why??? They gave inaccurate instructions for doing that as I had to figure out their website.. Just cancel the reservation and stop trying to trick me into paying for the room I gave them well-enough... read more

There for Breakfast with Santa. Good food, wonderful staff, and historical building overlooking the Fox River. Fun-filled day!
I was impressed with the atmosphere that emanates from within the hotel and event room. The service was nice and thoughtful and the food was exquisite.
