Very disappointing experience. I took my lady there for our anniversary and was given the wrong room. After calling guest services to inform them they then said they knew and they were sorry and changed us up to a better suite. But once in the baker room, that was supposedly one of the best rooms in the hotel we were trying to enjoy our time in the hot tub as it then malfunctioning on us. RecommendedWe had our wedding and reception at the Hotel Baker on 2.20.2020 and it was magical. The venue is unique and beyond beautiful. The entire staff especially Danielle and the owner Rowena made sure that everything was perfect that night. The food is delicious. Our day was perfect and we loved every minute of it ❤️
