Historic site by the riverside... the team here just ensures that you are all set here.... great place to be....
Spent a weekend here for a wedding. The bed was so comfy and the rooms were very well kept. Loved the old feel of the hotel with all the old features still there. The staff was very frieney and did an amazing job with the reception. Im looking forward to hopefully coming back! St. Charles is an over all great place.
Always an amazing experience! The customer service and attention to detail is always superb! Even serving 27 people at once wasn't a problem for ROX City Grill! Thank you for a wonderful evening and a great experience for the culinary night!
Attended an amazing wedding there last night! The scenery was beautiful, the gathering space outside was wonderful! When we moved inside for the receiption is was great! The staff was so accomandating. The one lady walked with my 80 year mother to the elevator, took her upstairs and made sure she was ok. She took that extra step! Something I will remember forever! The food was out of this world! The filet melted in your mouth! Everything was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful, memorable night!
Had a great time. Rooms were clean, updated n roomy. Joe, bartender, was fun n helpful with drinks for us non- drinkers. Johnny, entertainment, was a great singer n didn't know sooooo many songs were about Dolores. We will go again, since they didn't throw us out, we were so loud. Great time had by all.
Beautiful historic hotel in the heart ofSaint Charles. Super friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and bath linens were not the usual hotel standard of tiny scratch towels. Food was great and we had the continental breakfast and dinner. Hotel owner Rowena Salas was so friendly and accommodating. We will be back again!
