Our experience was good, the food was amazing! We will be back, and will refer our friends.
We come from Franklin Park which is about a 60 minute drive and love coming to hear Thomas Linsk and Lisa McClowry perform on Tuesday nights in the ROC bar. Very friendly staff and quick with the drinks. We enjoy totally.

Just spent three days at this fabulous hotel. They have a wonderful and friendly staff . Was upgraded to a beautiful suite facing the Fox River. They have young doormen that always meet your arriving car (with umbrella even in a slight drizzle) and won't even let you carry a small package as they are escort you to the lobby. First class service in a first class hotel.
Very lovely from top to bottom and the staff are wonderful! I would stay here again.
My mother had planned my birthday at this property and at the last minute they canceled trying to ruin my party they switched our rooms around none of the staff knew what they were doing they told us we weren't allowed to bring in birthday cake then we were when we were and last but not missed while my mom was on speakerphone I listen to the manager literally tell us that the other staff was lying about different circumstances and that the GM didn't know how to handle the reviews and it almost black male type fashion said th... read more
