When I travel to DC I normally stay in the Navy Yard at a Hilton property. I saw a new option in a new location and thought I would try something new. I called the hotel and spoke with Tyler, (manager). Tyler welcomed me and also upgraded my room per my request. Upon arrival, I was concerned that the rooms would be tiny and not comfortable. WRONG! Great hotel, clean and good location. Many rooms with balconies. Reception and door staff was great, expect for the male manager at the bar. Made an inappropriate joke to my friend that had a racial undertone. Furthermore, he made a mistake during our first night and didn’t charge our tab, we came back the next 2 nights and on the 3rd night he confronts us as if we didn’t pay on purpose. Overall great hotel, but that manager will leave a sour taste in your guest’s mouths.
Great hotel that just joined the Hilton group in July 26. The rooms are comfortable and the location can’t be beat for proximity to Georgetown but also easy downtown access. The customer service is the best, especially Tyler at the front desk.
Good reviews are old. Property in going through a poorly-conceived rebranding, so beware.
Wonderful hotel, super convenient, sleek & modern vibes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was prime, and the entire hotel was clean and very well-kept. Only concern is the sound of emergency vehicles all throughout the night, although we were on the 8th floor.
