I’ve stayed here from June 21th until June 24th (room 201) The room was very spacious with a big balcony and a lovely living room , staff was top notch, location 10/10, everything was absolutely clean There are still a few things to improve: - shower: water pressure was quite low (room was only on the second floor) - Sound insulation is ok, but it definitely can get noisy because of the traffic on the road and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor quite easily. - The AC makes loud noises when it turns on or off. -... read more
Loud!! Rooms are nice and front desk staff were wonderful, but the walls in the rooms are extremely thin! You can also hear all the street noise and the AC unit is also very loud!!
We loved everything about the hotel, except for the loudness of the surrounding streets with sirens all night long due to nearby hospitals and fire stations. Very expensive breakfast. Also the a/c units are as loud as hell when coming in and out of cooling cycle. Beds, layout, service, free laundry machines and decor we really liked.
The hotel is nice ENOUGH. Location is great. Everything was clean. To me though, it was just Ok. I tend to stay in 5 star hotels though so that might be what has me not completely satisfied. There was no robe or slippers in the room, it was hard to get water and ice (I'm a big water drinker), ordering room service was unsuccessful (i ended up getting Uber eats), and my room didn't get serviced.
