Had a great experience at this hotel. All the hotel staff had an excellent customer service. Front the front door person to the restaurant staff. The front desk agent (Ayu) was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. She provided an amazing customer service for my wife and I for our anniversary. The only issue were sirens going off a lot since the hospital is nearby. Apart from that, the hotel itself and location were great.
Pros: large, clean room. Great water pressure in the shower, Nespresso machine in room, comfy bed and good location to things. Cons: VERY loud at night. It’s near a hospital so we heard sirens all night. TV & AC werent working when we got into the hotel. We were told a repair man would fix it while we were gone but he didnt. He had to come later when we returned and asked again about it. I was initially charged for the room at check in even though I prepaid for the room. Theres a destination fee of $25 a day.
