This hotel was an instant 5 for me from the second my boyfriend and I stepped foot inside. The manager, Justin was so warm and welcoming! To add some context, we were coming from out of town and had booked a completely different hotel through Expedia. They called us 2 hours before check-in telling us our hotel was not able to accommodate us and that we would have to relocate. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The food at the restaurant was to-die-for, and the atmosphere was inviting and cozy. Unfortunately, I did have issues using credit card points to pay for my stay and redeeming my $50 experience credit, which complicated and prolonged my check out. The staff was very kind in working with me to resolve the issue, but I did end up paying out of pocket for my stay, despite planning to pay with points.
