The hotel is nice but the management is horrible. Our flight was delayed at we arrived at 1:00am only for them to have run the audit early. Our stay was only for one night and the night staff was amazing and apologetic that we had to wait to check in. After check out we noticed we were charged twice. We called back and spoke to the assistant manager who refused to refund the double charge. Attempted to justify it because we didn't call to say we'd be late. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND FRONT DESK!!! This hotel double charged me for my stay it’s now been over a week and a half and nobody has bothered to issue me a refund!!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
I really thought this was a great hotel and the spa was excellent and very professional
