This place is great nice place nice rooms it's more of a hip hop or for younger adults sorry to say bit elders more then wouldn't agree. But it's an amazing one of a kind hotel
Yikes, my husband picked this hotel because Trip Advisor gave it a 4 out of 5. Really? The staff is very accommodating but the room leaves much to be desired. The hotel handyman couldn't get the TV remote to work after trying four different ones. I went to lift the toilet cover and it literally came off in my hand, the shower curtain rod is hanging on by a thread, the carpet is ripped. My husband felt compelled to ask if there were any reported cases of bedbugs and was told housekeeping checks for them. We prepaid for the ro... read more
I stayed here and it was awesome! Friendly front desk staff. Recently went through management changes and the new manager is upbeat and very nice. The rooms are big and comfy...I like the modern twist they gave the renovated rooms. I stayed in a deluxe room and it was great. The pool is clean and we'll kept. No room service but plenty of restaurants available in the area. I'd rather eat out anyway. If it sucked in the past today is not the same story...now it's perfect for the price and location!! ☆☆☆☆☆
Decent for the price we paid. It looks like they are trying to renovate but haven't paid much attention to detail. Paint marks in the sink and tile. Cracks in the ceiling, only one working elevator, etc.. Our room wasn't cleaned very well and it didn't seem like fresh bedding... Probably won't stay here again but its not bad enough to want to leave.
For the price I thought it was really awesome! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast had very fresh cut melons. I would definitely come back. ☺️

We had no hot water contacted staff came up to turn on water it would work for a bit then off cold again put the handle on 11o clock like staff said nothing warm then cold was not even offered a discount or refund will never stay there again I don't care that have pride flag out front I would stay at ted cruz hotel just to piss him off than stay here ever again
The shower sucked. Always had cold water. Staff was very friendly, but was not able to fix the issue. I'll book at other hotels in the future. No discount was offered.
