Not worth the money, no fridge no coffee machine, noisy, tiny. Stayed at Grand Hyatt last night 10 times bigger and better rooms for the same price. Terrible just a rip off

Excellent place to stay. Priced right and right on 5th Ave near everything. Staff was extremely helpful.
Centrally located hotel, with public indoor parking close-by. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful and made our short stay pleasant. Thank you!
Stayed by myself last year February! Can’t tell you how much I enjoyed the staff, the room & the view of the Empire State from my window as I lay in bed, especially at night!! Definitely staying again. The adjoining Starbucks must be mentioned!!!

The U Hotel is perfectly located in New York City. The rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable. What topped of our stay were the front desk staff. They were so friendly and helpful which made our stay and experience even better. A personal thank you to John, Steven and Eric. The down side was no plush bathrobes and coffee facilities.
They let my jet lagged butt check in after a red eye from California at 7:30am! I’m so grateful and they threw in a free breakfast next door at the cafe. The rooms are cozy but I unpacked my clothes on the sills and desk and it works for me! Great location and service :)
