I’ve stayed here twice and it was a good experience both times. The price and staff are great. Giving 4 stars (and leaving a review at all) to let people know they unfortunately use AI. I received a text from the hotel to ask if they could make a change to my room, to which I declined, but then I assumed I could text that number to speak to staff, and I messaged them later to let them know I’d be checking in late. My wife and I had an exceptionally nice stay. We rate our stay 5/5. The staff were kind, helpful and informative. The accommodations were outstanding. We slept so well we asked what brand of mattress was used. It was a far superior bed to the one we just recently had on our cruise. Hope to come again.
I love the service whenever I had a request or concern, equivocal to my privacy when I didn't want to be bothered. An extremely friendly, and comfortable environment. Thanks to all of the staff, kudos to the front desk and management. 3.5 star rated, with a 5.5 star atmosphere and comfort. Needed all of the cards to play in my favor, as I had just been discharged, after having undergone knee surgery to reattach the tendons
Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but the exceptional staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to return!
Love the hotel location and staff. There’s a restaurant in the hotel called Pacifica. If you love Hawaiian or Island food, this is the place to go. In addition, they have a coffee place similar to Starbucks attached to the hotel. Easy to get to uwajimaya and total wine and more.
