Had an issue with my hot tub not heating, and Hot tubs plus came through big time. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within an hour. Super professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. My hot tub is working perfectly again — I’m back to soaking stress-free! Highly recommend their repair services.
Our old hot tub hadn’t been used for years and was leaking every time we filled it. We went to hot tubs plus thinking that we were going to have to buy a new hot tub. To make a long story short, they offered diagnostics and repairs if possible. They came up to the Kern River Valley, diagnosed the issue, made the proper repairs and we now have a working hot tub! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service, professionalism, and kindness we received from Hot Tubs Plus.
The experience purchasing my very 1st Hot Tub was amazing. The owners are beyond knowledgeable and very patient. They allowed me to ask questions and take my time looking at all the options. My husband and I decided to invest in a Finnish sauna for our health- and how awesome is it that there is a local place in town that is responsive, knowledgeable and communicative!? Most of our interactions have been with Katelyn and Claudia, and they have been wonderful. They do have electricians that they work with and recommend.
