Worked with “K” on a purchase of replacement cover for our spa. He guided me through the proper way to measure and it fits perfectly. I also ordered a lift for the cover which works great. Installation and take away of the he old cover was included with the fee. So far im satisfied with the purchase, good service from K as well. Recommended for a full cover replacement.
I am so happy that I found "Hot Tub Republic". When I was getting the runaround from another spa store. I came in and met Konstantin. I have a 13yr. old CalSpa that needs a new cover. Konstantin knew everything about my old spa and cover. He taught me so much in a short period of time. What Great Customer Service... Replaced my old tub with a New Calspa courtesy of Hot Tub Republic. Great experience with purchase and installation. The salesman was very knowledgeable and owner worked with me on a good price. Thanks again.
They have the best prices, the best service, and the best quality tubs in San Diego. We looked at multiple stores, and Hot Tub Reupublic was by far the best in every category. Not pushy at all, very informative, answered all our questions, and helped us every step of the way. David was amazing! If I ever need another hot tub, I will be requesting to work with him. He made the whole process and experience a great one for my wife and I. Thanks David!!
Hot Tub Republic is the most professional company that I have ever worked with. Konstantine and his team are the best!!! Always available to answer any questions, and always providing the best service!!
