I am so happy that I found "Hot Tub Republic". When I was getting the runaround from another spa store. I came in and met Konstantin. I have a 13yr. old CalSpa that needs a new cover. Worked with “K” on a purchase of replacement cover for our spa. He guided me through the proper way to measure and it fits perfectly. I also ordered a lift for the cover which works great. Installation and take away of the he old cover was included with the fee. So far im satisfied with the purchase, good service from K as well. Recommended for a full cover replacement.
Had a great experience with Hot Tub Republic and its owner Konstantin who is a stand-up gentlemen. From the moment I called he was responsive, professional and worked hard to make sure I was getting the right cover and measurements to fit my hot tub. He promised and delivered on a quick deliver and installation and even removed and disposed of the old cover. I highly recommend this business.
