RecommendedGreat food. Needs to expand in different locations.
Love the food here and always look forward to visiting my parents locally so we can eat at Hot Tails. However, sadly tonight the customer service was awful. Everyone including Owen, the bartender, hostess and waitress had bad attitudes they clearly did not care that they lost customers.
Management and staff could care less if you patronize this place so don't! Had been there a couple times with good experiences until tonight. Sat partial parties with reservations all night instead of my party so I never got a table. Then when asked about it a waitress said to go somewhere else and manager said they turn enough tables. I'm donegoing to this place and Cody's other place
Tried to starters and the Cajun Crawfish Burger. Everything was outstanding.
Food is Seasoned and Fried in Grease that has waaaay too much Cayenne Pepper. If you like to sweat and not be able to TASTE your food... then THIS is the Place for You.
Delicious! I get the grilled shrimp romalaude (sp) salad. Dressing on the side. The banana pepper slaw on top is a treat
The best Cajun food we have ever eaten away from home! The service is awesome and the employees are so friendly! It’s worth the 3 hour drive!
Best food you’ll ever eat. Fun relaxing atmosphere and the staff goes out of their way to make your patronage appreciated.
Bayou Nachos were great. Was passing thru saturday and stopped for a snack. Crawfish bread was excellent too.
