Went there for dinner. The person I was with had to stand in line for 25 minutes to place our order, while I sat at the table by myself for 25 minutes. Waitresses are delivering the orders. Let them take the orders, also! Not a good way to start an evening out. The food was great, but will not go back.

My sister asked me where I wanted to go for my birthday and I said definitely “Hot Tails”. I have been here several times before and every time was an awesome experience of excellent service outstanding food and a very very good time. Every dish is exquisitely seasoned and has its own unique twist. If you haven’t been you’re missing out. I love love love this place, the best! ❤️❤️
The lunch special on Wednesday is our favorite! Good food it’s not all real spicy!
This place is amazing portions are generous which is surprising given the really high quality ingredients used. Amazing flavors. If you dropped this place in a big city lines would be around the block.
