Very upset with this clinic been going here for 18 years taking my kids back and forth I call and they put me on hold for a good 10 min and I call back for it to go to the answering service I think those girls are absolutely rude
Hot Springs Pediatric Clinic: Went for a wellness visit and was sent a bill for sick child visit. The reason was that the doctor asked if my child was ever constipated and I said yes. No medication was prescribed but they considered that a “sick” visit. Now I have a $177.60 bill for absolutely nothing. So be forewarned. When your child goes for annual shots deny any problems or you will be paying! Edited to add that we did contact the office to rebill but they said that’s how it should be billed! Sat in the exam room for 1 hour..... I stepped out and spoke with staff 2 times. 2nd time a nurse tells me "well things come up". I responded with "I understand but 1 hour and no one comes and tell me anything?" Nurse responded with an attitude "well sometimes I have to wait at my doctors office like that too". 1st off: this is not your doctors office. 2nd off: is this really how you want your place of employment to be viewed. This is ridiculous!
I absolutely love Dr. Porter he is amazing with my niece and is very helpful and knows how to calm a nervous parent and so very willing to answer question in a way you can understand.
This place has gone downhill.. finally got seen for a well child check up 2 hours after my appointment..
