RecommendedWill be back! Got a pontoon to show my friend Lake Hamilton (he's from TN) and Hot Springs Marina exceeded both our expectations! The Staff was awesome. Shout out to Thomas, Janit, Macy, and Tiff :) The manager, Jefferson was very helpful. The lake was beautiful and it was worth picking up a couple extra hours. 5/5 stars
First time going today and my family and I had such a wonderful & super fun time at Hot Springs Marina! Jefferson and the front desk staff are some of the nicest staff we have come across, friendly and very helpful! Area is clean, boat ride and activities were great. Highly recommend & definitely will be coming again!

Wow. The front desk girls are exceptional. They have the best energy. The owner Mrs. Kera is so friendly and accommodating. All of the rental boys were so helpful and friendly. The staff created a great environment that made us want to stay longer.I personally cannot express how wonderful this experience was. Front desk girls were definitely the backbone of this establishment.
Rental was easy as pie. From the start to the finish, all around great experience! Check in with the dock guys was the most pleasant experience...and... best of all...I DIDN'T HAVE TO RENT FROM GREGG ORR!!!

The new owner (Jefferson) was so rude. We have always been allowed for years to put our kayaks in at the marina with no charge as long as we did not interfere with boats launching. Jefferson said that he was the new owner and that we would have to renegotiate with him on the fee to use his marina. I manage over 200 properties here in Hot Springs and refer lots of people to the marina as well as using the for my own personal boat and my boyfriends boat but that will change after my experience with the new owner on Sunday.

The previous owners informed us of the special arrangements they had in place, but didn’t mention anything about you guys. We’ve been hard at work remodeling, rebranding, and rebuilding this marina to be the hottest marina on the lake. As a result, our volume of business has grown exponentially! With all the added traffic, we have to closely monitor our private launch. Been dropping my kayak in for years without charge,new young owner has a problem with it. He is rude and I will never go there again for boat rentals, gas or drop my kayak again. I suggest y'all find a better place to spend your money.
