RecommendedTook a vacation to Hot Springs for Easter this year and used HSM to launch and pick up my boat. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store and property is extremely clean and well maintained. Can’t wait to visit again and see the rest of the upgrades they are working on.

Each boat is thoroughly inspected. They make a video of the boat, inside and out. This video protects __YOU__ as much as them. We were visiting from Minneapolis-St. Paul and mistakenly thought we had a half-day reservation. They don't do half-day reservations and didn't have any boats left. The women at the counter and the owner? put their heads together and came up with Willard! Willard is their 40hp pontoon "pet boat", not really a rental. So they let us rent Willard, the weather was beautiful, and we leisurely enjoyed the length of the Ouachita River to the dam and back. We are so thankful to everyone for finding a boat for us! Dropped my boat off here about 3 weeks ago. Within 3 days I was called with a diagnosis and an estimate for the repair. I gave them the go ahead to do the repair and a week later it was finished. Went to pick up the boat this weekend to find they had done a great job and there pricing was no higher than anyone else’s and less than others. The staff was very professional from Matt the service writer all the way to Carmelo the guy outside that helped Me hook up. They are Yamaha Outboard certified as well as others. If you are a visitor to Hot Springs, it would be a good idea to check with the Better Business Bureau.
We rented a boat for half day from these guys. Rates were better than those around us and they were friendly over the phone and in person service was above and beyond All the way. Even after we broke their anchor, they didn’t shame us and actually made us feel like it all ok. Will definitely rent here again. Boat was in excellent like new condition. No issues. Had a blast !
