We recently purchased a Hot Springs Relay Tub and were fortunate enough to have Matt, our salesman, help us throughout the process. Matt went above and beyond to help us make an informed decision about the tub and he answered multiple phone calls I made to him while we prepared the pad the tub was going to sit on. We have truly enjoyed our new Hot Tubs of Tennessee pulse (salt water ) model spa! The white glove delivery and set up was great and the sales reps/service folks are all so incredibly helpful (and patient) through every step and go out of their way to sincerely deliver superior customer service. Our rep was Kevin and he seems always vested in us having a lifetime of good experiences with our spa and their company. Highly recommend Hot Tubs of Tennessee..no need to look further
