We have truly enjoyed our new Hot Tubs of Tennessee pulse (salt water ) model spa! The white glove delivery and set up was great and the sales reps/service folks are all so incredibly helpful (and patient) through every step and go out of their way to sincerely deliver superior customer service. Our rep was Kevin and he seems always vested in us having a lifetime of good experiences with our spa and their company. Highly recommend Hot Tubs of Tennessee..no need to look further
I shopped at all the hot tub stores in the Nashville and Franklin area and Adam at Hot Tubs of Tennessee stood out far and above the rest in his knowledge of the product. After my purchase, he has continued to help me anytime I have questions about my salt water spa. This kind of customer service is RARE these days, so I wanted to give him a shout out!
We’ve had our hot tub now two years so I feel like this is a good time to post a review. We are extremely happy with our hot tub. The hot tub is Enjoy it all the time But one of the best parts was the staff. They are absolutely top-notch so willing and happy to help with any questions and excited to see us every time we walk in the store. Absolutely would recommend them and would 100% do it all over again with them in a heartbeat.
Have had our hot tub for 2 years. Never have had a problem but Adam and the other office staff are very helpful when we have had questions and needed supplies.
