While running errands, I spotted the Hot Tubs of Tennessee sign and stopped in because I needed chemicals to refill and balance my hot tub. Kevin greeted me right away, introduced himself, and asked how he could help. This is our third Hot Springs Spa in the last 30 years. We purchased the Spa at their Lebanon store from Kevin Chute. By the time the Spa was delivered, Kevin had moved to the Franklin store, which is closer to our home. Kevin invited us to the store and spent over an hour with us going over the Spa set up and the differences in technology since our last Spa purchase. He also quickly responded to our followup text questions. Kevin is very knowledgeable, due to his years of experience in the business.

AVOID this company and all of its locations at all costs! In 2021 as Hot Tubs of Music City I would tell you this is the best place for a sauna or hot tub. Their salesman and customer service was top notch. Products were elite. Since the company was sold by Dennis to whoever now runs it. It has become the most disastrous operation of any business we have dealt with. The install process for my hot tub and sauna has been ongoing for 6 months. The employee turnover is astronomical.
