While running errands, I spotted the Hot Tubs of Tennessee sign and stopped in because I needed chemicals to refill and balance my hot tub. Kevin greeted me right away, introduced himself, and asked how he could help. I explained we'd been struggling with inconsistent chemical levels, and when I asked about filter cleaner, he showed my the product, explained how to use it properly, and even gave me his business card. This is our third Hot Springs Spa in the last 30 years. We purchased the Spa at their Lebanon store from Kevin Chute. By the time the Spa was delivered, Kevin had moved to the Franklin store, which is closer to our home. Kevin invited us to the store and spent over an hour with us going over the Spa set up and the differences in technology since our last Spa purchase. He also quickly responded to our followup text questions. Kevin is very knowledgeable, due to his years of experience in the business.
