I have been a Hot Springs devotee for 25 years. When our last tub needed replacing I visited the Cool Springs store and met with Matt. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a new model. After it was installed and a couple of my family members said it wasn’t staying hot enough Matt suggested we convert to 220. After many phone calls and questions he was always polite and stuck with us through the whole process and now we are happily soaking away. Thank you, Matt.

March 2025- Well after giving them a 5 star rating for the sales side and installation 5 yeats ago, I must say now that I've had to pay thousands of dollars to fix either the Covana cover (DONT BUY IT! THE WARRANTY IS A BUNCH OF BS and they aren't backing up the product like when they sold it) or something with the pool/hot tub. They don't tell you everything you should know long term. Great company; great experience. They walked us through every step of setting up the hot tub. It’s awesome to sit out on the patio in 20° weather, looking up at the stars, as warm as toast!
I went to this business to purchase a Hotsprings brand of hot tub, the EnvoySales person was pleasant and after looking at the tub I asked him for a quote. He came back and was trying g to charge me for the cover which is included in the MSRP and tried to charge me for the salt system which is included in the price. They have so many added fees their sale price of $19,500. was way over the MSRP of $23,495. I found one from another dealer, their regular price for the same tub is $19,950.
