Staff is completely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Michael Polk is rude and degrading to women. He bashes women by making fun of them and threatens to meet them in person to "hurt their feelings". Such a great way to get clients!!!! Even the owner blames the customers for their bad experiences or "miscommunication" of their cancellations.

Wow! Appalled by the rude and horrible staff. Lies lies lies. Do NOT sign up for the autopay. I wish I could give a zero star. The beds don't work well and have bulbs burned out. The spray tan takes forever to dry and if you swear comes off easily. Was told if I cancel AFTER May 1st I would have to pay for June. Well tried to go yesterday (April 30th), and then again today to cancel only to be told it's actually that you have to cancel before the end of April. What a great first experience! Only had one spray tan in my life, but they do a great job and very inexpensive. I look completely natural right before my vacation!
Had such a great experience here! Love the verspa spa and enjoy the clean facility and nice staff :) will be coming back & looking into a membership
