The folks at hot spot are always spot on with customer service and will remember their regulars. I like that they offer several intensity levels of the beds and even a leg-only tanner which I’ve not seen anywhere else. My personal favorite is the Matrix, once a week on Matrix will maintain my tan. The “bod pod” is a different thing they have too, it’s like a steam room and massage at the same time.
