I've been going to Susan for my pedicures for about a little over a year now. She was a newer tech at her trade and is so very personable. She did a great job from the get-go and in my opinion is better than many of the other pedicure places in Dallas. If she didn't like the way my polish looked she would take it off and start over. She wants to make sure it's done right to both her standards and mine. If I were to ever have an issue I know she would fix it to both our satisfaction. She has high standards! While I REALLY wanted to love the nails I got within 2 days my nails started lifting and the gel was gone. The tech was very sweet but sadly now I’m having to spend more money at a different salon to have what’s left of my acrylics removed and new ones put on. 😩😩😩😩😩
