I was just refused service by the manager or owner of Hot Plate Restaurant at Murray Scholls!! It is 93 degrees outside and I went to buy a cold beverage just to sit outside and drink while waiting for my daughter at tutoring next door. Really? He interrupted the hostess and said no they would not sell me anything to drink unless I bought food there too.
