Today at 4:43pm For years I had been having a problem which no colorist could solve - a dark band around the front of my hairline when touched up. Different formulas and other things were tried. One day I decided to try Hot Heads in Boynton for a blow dry and was fortunate enough to get Amber. She obviously noticed the problem and I told her about all the failed attempts to resolve it.
