Different formulas and other things were tried. One day I decided to try Hot Heads in Boynton for a blow dry and was fortunate enough to get Amber. She obviously noticed the problem and I told her about all the failed attempts to resolve it. She asked if she could try and of course I said yes as I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
