Spent $56 on a color i don't like and was rushed because they were closing..meanwhile i was there since 6pm. I left with wet hair and a bad hair color...dont go to this salon..worst experience ever.
Was my favorite place to go to. With my birthday being in a few days I thought what the heck I would get a hair cut. Worst mistake ever. At first it looked good but she must've got tired blending in my layers half way through because when I got home it was uneven to the point I started crying. So I went to smart cuts and the lady there fixed it she was mad and couldn't believe they did this. I will no longer be going to hot headz ever again.
Excellent hair dressers,my favorite is James. He does a fabulous job.Been going to Hot Heads for over 8 years. Angela is awesome as well. You want great hair styles,color,fabulous cuts and good hospitality,go to Hot Heads.
Great professional staff and excellent value. .
