I've been coming to Hot Doug's for the past six years. At first, it was a yearly pilgrimage for me on my way back to Minneapolis after completing a tour. I would always meet up with my friends Logan and Candice and we'd reconnect over deliciously fancy but always unassuming sausages. I have taken girls there. Why you close!!!!
Hot Doug's is such a special place. Their probably never will be a place in Chicago like this. One of a kind for years. My first time coming there was a trip waiting in line with my friends for 2hrs. Finally got to the counter asked Doug what's good here. He laughed at me an said everything! So I told him to surprise me. Truly amazing Experience. Thanks for the Memories. Cheers!!!

Just finished the last of the 20 sausages I brought back to Iowa last Wednesday. Doug, your sausages are great your condiments are outstanding but you are the reason people love this place. Thank You for sharing all these years.
