The hot chocolate and food is incredible, but the service leaves something to be desired. I came with a small group of four for lunch and was disappointed. Not only the length of time to take our order, but also the time required to get our food. We were there around 50-60 minutes before our food finally arrived (overall not too bad on the kitchen, as it took 25-30 minutes to even take our drink order, but still not ideal).
