My daughter and I came for dessert. Cookies weren't that fresh but the ice cream was pretty good... Overpriced but good nonetheless. My server was AWESOME!! We also tried the Mac n' Cheese and it was pretty good. We'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
Simply put: Simple food done amazingly well. Did a full dinner and then dessert with my wife for our anniversary. As all else would (should... could...) say: The hot chocolate is divine; rich to the point that sharing almost feels mandatory. Our desserts were nuanced, well plated (without being over-zealously nit-picked), and absolutely worth every penny. While our whole meal *was* a bit pricey for this south-suburban nobody... As the splurge it was meant to be? A perfectly memorable, amazing meal and then some.
Best hot chocolate I've ever had! Four of us went and each of our meals was delicious! The burger was good but not worth the overwhelming raves I've heard. But maybe that's cause we are Texans and our surrounded by crazy good burgers. But the fish, the chicken, and the risotto were crazy good! And of course the hot chocolates. We tried black and white, affogato, and the old fashioned. Each was delicious and I cannot choose a favorite! Thank you Hot Chocolate for the wonderful atmosphere, fantastic service and delicious food.
