Worst service ever. Went just befor shift change. The first bartender was good the second shift was terrible she sat on her phone with her back to us never acknowledged us at all we had to ask a waitress to play keno and get a beer sat at the bar for 45 mins never came by once Then they started cleaning out a cooler and girl cleaning keep getting grossed out by the gooey stuff in the cooler just disgusting
Great service delicious food wait staff was spot-on I thought the Mexican food was very authentic
The service on the floor was very slow. I ordered a take out while eating their for someone who couldn't come. Never got the take out and had to chase down the waitress for the bill. I went up to the bar to get a drink because the waitress never came back to see how our dinner was or if we wanted something more to drink. The bartender was very nice and fast. This was my first time there and the last time.
If your service was not good previously you can ask if Cassie or Hannah J could be your server and I promise you will get great service :)
We go there every couple months and have always had great service and authentic Mexican meals. Mike usually waits on us and is cheerful / remembers our drink preferences. Very reasonable prices. I would recommend Hot Tamales for sure.
Went to Hot tamales, our server was great. Really nice, and respectful. We ordered Tacos, and the ground beef was cold, not even room temperature, just cold. And then the manager wouldn't even take the time to come talk to us about it, so the server went above her job just to make sure our order was corrected. Poor management, and they need a new cook.
