We got to fly on "Tiny" this past weekend. Our pilot was Brian and we had an Outstanding flight. Brian was very informative and tenative to everyone on the flight. He made it a fun and enjoyable experience. Laurie kept us upto date and made sure any changes to the flight status was updated and seamlessly assisted with getting my group rescheduled for a later date, after we had a weather delay. My daughter had purchased a certificate for my wife as a hot air balloon ride was a wish on her"bucket list". We book our flight for July 29 and it couldn't have been a more memorable experience. The weather was perfect and our pilot and chase crew were beyond excellent..very personable, knowledgeable and professional. It was also fun to be part on the "hands on" in prepping the balloon for flight and helping packing it away at the end. We have some awesome pictures and memories of this adventure. We had a wonderful experience with this company. They were very professional, knowledgable and patient with us and definitely kept safety first. Overall amazing experience with top-notch service.
