Our pilot Dan was so informative; just seemed to know everything about what we were flying over and brought our balloon down for a super gentle landing. We had such a wonderful time on our hot air balloon ride! Laurie was wonderful to work with to schedule. (We even had to reschedule since our trip was a day after the tornadoes) The whole crew were very informative and explained things step by step. I felt prepared for anything that could have went wrong. The views were incredible!! It was such a cool way to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and helped cross this off my bucket list. We loved every minute and are thankful for Gentle Breeze! 💜

Pilots and staff were wonderful. You are welcomed and are allowed hands on experience from pre flight to landing and packing up the balloon Was an enjoyable experience from the passengers as well as spectators. Highly recommend Gentle Breeze Hot Air Balloon Company.
