Kody Dykman was fantastic. Spot on customer service skills. Was open and honest about what he felt was going to be the most cost effective direction to go with our system. Told him about our needs and how different our house hold is when it comes to cooling needs and we ultimately went with buying a bigger system. He showed us the options and price difference and never tried pushing the most expensive like most companies do. Would highly recommend this company for services.

I had a great experience with Hot 2 Cold. The gentleman they sent out, Kody Dykman, did a great job explaining to me everything that went into the maintenance on the unit, gave me several recommendations at different price points on how to continue to best maintain my unit, and he was very friendly. He also took lots of pictures of everything which helped me better understand what was going on as he walked me through some of his findings that could be problematic. Highly recommend!

Erwin was so great! He did a maintenance on my AC in a timely manner and let me know how my units were running. I recommend Hot 2 cold for anyone needing annual service or repair in Lithia. I will be using them again.

Unfortunately I had to have a weekend service and company and technician were able to accommodate me quickly. Services and pricing were communicated and performed in a very professional manner. Technician(Erwin) was very knowledgeable and explained the service performed and future services needed in the future.
