Kody Dykman was fantastic. Spot on customer service skills. Was open and honest about what he felt was going to be the most cost effective direction to go with our system. Told him about our needs and how different our house hold is when it comes to cooling needs and we ultimately went with buying a bigger system. He showed us the options and price difference and never tried pushing the most expensive like most companies do. Would highly recommend this company for services.

No fuss no frills, good A/C company. Leonardo arrived early, fixed my issue and got my A/C working fast. I didn't get the feeling that they were taking advantage of me. Will definitely use them in the future.

I had a great experience with Hot 2 Cold. The gentleman they sent out, Kody Dykman, did a great job explaining to me everything that went into the maintenance on the unit, gave me several recommendations at different price points on how to continue to best maintain my unit, and he was very friendly. He also took lots of pictures of everything which helped me better understand what was going on as he walked me through some of his findings that could be problematic. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience all around with Hot 2 Cold. We had to get a new ac unit and within two days it was being installed. Super quick turn around and everyone we spoke to was helpful. Carlos and KC, the technicians installing our new system, were professional and got the job done.
